Abstract
The study sought to highlight the impact of Occupational Safety and health programs on achieving job satisfaction of workers in the cement factory, Souk Al-Khamis Imsehel, through the development of a questionnaire form and processing it using (SPSS v22). The study was divided into four axes (legal control, awareness and guidance, protective tools, and health care). Using both descriptive and analytical approaches, the study revealed a significant positive impact of occupational safety and health programs across all four axes in reducing work accidents and injuries, thereby enhancing overall job satisfaction among factory workers.
