Human resource planning and its role in increasing competitiveness for a sample of private sector companies in Libya

Abstract
This study aims to clarify and measure the relationship between human resource planning and competitiveness in Libyan private sector business organizations. The study sample included (60) individuals from the human resources departments. The results revealed a statistically significant relationship and effect between human resource planning (and its dimensions) and competitiveness, indicating that effective implementation of these activities enhances organization competitiveness.
