Abstract
This study discusses the essential role of art education in building a child's personality, developing their mental and practical skills, and broadening their intellectual and aesthetic perceptions. The paper highlights the importance of artistic expression and plastic activities across various levels as an outlet for the child's imagination and a means to foster creative thinking. It also examines the factors influencing the growth of artistic expression—such as genetic and environmental factors—and outlines key expressional skills including observation, imitation, experimentation, mastery, and creativity. Additionally, it emphasizes the teacher's role and the integration of modern technology and computers in art education to nurture young talents.
