Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the role of small women-led projects and their impact on raising the economic standard of living in Libya, as improving living conditions is a primary objective of economic development. The researcher utilized a questionnaire method for primary data collection, noting that most of these businesses operate within the shadow economy without official commercial registration or inclusion in the Gross National Product (GNP). The study targeted a sample of 97 Libyan women operating small projects, using SPSS for statistical data analysis. The findings confirmed that small women's projects significantly and positively impact the standard of living across social and economic dimensions. The study recommended offering governmental support, specialized training, tax exemptions, and expanding marketing channels to empower these projects.
