Abstract
The study examined the impact of organizational conflict dimensions (justice, delegation of authority, role ambiguity) on the job satisfaction of employees at Abi Setta Hospital in Tripoli. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach on a sample of 59 respondents, the findings revealed a high level of organizational conflict, with interpersonal conflict being the most prevalent. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a statistically significant inverse correlation between organizational conflict dimensions and job satisfaction.
