Abstract
This study aims to identify the conditions of occupational security, safety, and health for workers at Tripoli Medical Center, the standards ensuring their safety, the level of services provided by offering a safe working environment, and the guidance methods used. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, gathering and statistically analyzing data using a questionnaire. Key findings indicate difficulties preventing the implementation of occupational safety legislation, which negatively affects technicians' job satisfaction and performance, alongside a lack of legal awareness, insufficient budget allocations, and poor environmental working conditions.
