The Positive Impact of Administrative Leadership in Dealing with Conflicts: An Applied Study on Higher Colleges and Institutes of Technical and Vocational Education

This study aims to examine the positive impact of administrative leadership in managing organizational conflicts within higher technical and vocational education colleges and institutes, utilizing a descriptive-analytical methodology. Based on a sample of 86 analyzed questionnaires collected from directors, department heads, and faculty members, the data was processed using SPSS software. The findings demonstrate a statistically significant effect of administrative leadership styles in effectively managing workplace conflict and transforming it into a productive environment, recommending continuous leadership training and enhanced collaborative communication strategies.
