The Impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Innovation: A Field Study at Sahara Bank, Zawia

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on organizational innovation to enhance performance at Sahara Bank, Zawia branch. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to all bank employees and analyzed using SPSS software. The findings revealed that the implementation level of knowledge management was moderate, with a statistically significant impact on organizational innovation explaining 31.2% of its variance. Additionally, processes of knowledge generation, sharing, and application showed significant effects, whereas knowledge storage had no statistically significant impact. The study recommended activating knowledge management processes and fostering an environment conducive to innovation free from rigid routines.
