This research paper addresses the analysis and design of work procedures and their direct role in simplifying administrative procedures within organizations. The paper reviews the concept of procedures and work methods as organizational means aimed at reducing time, effort, and cost while achieving smooth performance. Additionally, the study discusses the various dimensions of procedures (design, human, financial, legal, and environmental), the stages and tools of work simplification using process flowcharts, and the analysis, design, and control of office forms as essential raw materials for paperwork integrated with information systems.
