The Economic Effects of Inflation on Economic Growth Between Theory and Practice: With Special Reference to Libya and a Review of Some Countries' Experiences

Abstract
This research paper examines the nature of the relationship between inflation rates and economic growth trends in Libya and developing nations. The study reviews the theoretical framework of inflation, economic growth theories, and the economic impacts of deficit financing. Furthermore, it analyzes the impact of inflation on the Libyan economy from 2009 to 2020 using Central Bank of Libya reports. It also reviews international experiences (Brazil, Cuba, Egypt) in tackling inflationary pressures, concluding with targeted economic results and recommendations to mitigate inflation and foster economic stability.
