Abstract
This study aimed to identify the organizational justice approach in the commercial banking environment and its impact on employees' job satisfaction through its multiple dimensions, applied to the National Commercial Bank in Tripoli. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool on a random sample of 40 respondents. The results revealed a strong positive correlation between organizational justice as an independent variable and job satisfaction as a dependent variable. Furthermore, the level of job satisfaction was found to be high, while organizational justice was at a medium level.
