Abstract
This research addresses the concept of the digital divide as a phenomenon resulting from disparities in the utilization, production, and access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) between developed and developing nations. It highlights the key technological, economic, social, and political causes of this phenomenon, examines its measurement indicators, and presents potential solutions to bridge this gap and achieve informational equity.
