Abstract
This review provides a comprehensive analysis of the book "Flexible Learning in a Digital World: Experiences and Expectations" authored by Betty Collis and Jef Moonen, translated by Bahaa Shaheen, and reviewed by Prof. Dr. Mabrouka Omar Mheriq. The book examines the pivotal role of technology in enhancing teaching and learning processes, going beyond theoretical frameworks to present 18 practical lessons and empirical guidelines derived from cumulative expertise since the 1970s.
