The Role of Information Systems and Information Technology Management in Developing Doctors' Performance Services: An Applied Study on Doctors and Staff in the Pediatrics, Analysis, and Orthopedics Departments at Al-Badri Golden Clinics Complex

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of information systems and information technology management with its dimensions (hardware, software, databases, and internet) in developing and improving doctors' performance levels. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 31 doctors and staff at Al-Badri Golden Clinics Complex in Tripoli. Results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship and a substantial impact of information systems on performance, with software explaining the highest variance (70.4%), followed by databases (67.2%). The study recommended providing modern software and technologies while continuous development of medical staff capabilities.
