Abstract
This field study aimed to determine the impact of training programs—represented by identifying training needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation during and after training—on employee performance effectiveness. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology using a survey approach. A comprehensive census method was applied to all social service office managers across faculties at Zawiya University, totaling (23) participants. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS with multiple linear regression. The results revealed positive and statistically significant effects of all combined and individual training program factors on employee performance effectiveness. Identifying training needs had the highest impact, followed by evaluation, implementation, and lastly, planning for training.
