Abstract
This study aims to clarify the dimensions of knowledge management and its impact on achieving institutional excellence at the Social Solidarity Fund - Tripoli. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method, distributing a questionnaire to a sample of (148) individuals. The results revealed a statistically significant effect between knowledge management dimensions and achieving institutional excellence, showing that organizational culture supports the effective application of knowledge, and recommended adopting knowledge management as an approach to achieve institutional excellence.
