To What Extent Quality Standards Are Available in E-Learning Management at Libyan Universities (An Exploratory Study on Faculty Members in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli)

This study aimed to identify the extent to which quality standards are available in e-learning management in Libyan universities from the perspective of faculty members in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Political Science at the University of Tripoli. The study analyzed data and tested hypotheses to examine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. Statistical results indicated that the combined independent variables account for 64% of the variance in the dependent variable. The study concluded that quality standards for course content and administrative services are weak, alongside a lack of training courses, inadequate e-library infrastructure, and insufficient attention from top management.
