Organizational Conflict Within Technical and Vocational Education Institutions (A Field Study at the Higher Institute of Medical Technology - Sabratha)

The study aimed to investigate the causes of organizational conflict and the management styles used to handle it within technical and vocational higher education institutions, focusing on the Higher Institute of Medical Technology in Sabratha. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology, data was collected via a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (23) administrative employees. The findings revealed a statistically significant impact of both administrative communication and dictatorial leadership on organizational conflict; effective administrative communication reduces organizational conflict, whereas dictatorial leadership significantly increases it.
