Job Alienation and Its Relationship to Job Engagement for Faculty Members (A Field Study in Colleges Affiliated with Sabratha University in Zalatan Municipality).

Abstract
This field study aims to explore the relationship between job alienation and job engagement among faculty members in the colleges affiliated with Sabratha University in Zalatan municipality (Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law, and Faculty of Human Resources). The research utilized a descriptive methodology, distributing a questionnaire to a random sample of 108 faculty members, with data analyzed using SPSS software. The results revealed a high level of job alienation and a low level of job engagement among the respondents, as well as a statistically significant inverse correlation between dimensions of job alienation and overall job engagement.
