Abstract
The study aimed to identify the most common forms and causes of school bullying among female high school students in the Abu-Salim educational district, as well as the practical role of social workers. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data were gathered via questionnaires from a sample of 44 female social workers. Findings indicated that verbal bullying is the most prevalent form, primarily driven by family neglect, poor socialization, lack of guidance, and diminished religious awareness.
