The reality of applying governance principles in the National Cement Company

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying corporate governance principles in the National Cement Company located in Khoums City. Using a descriptive analytical approach, data was collected via a questionnaire from a random sample of 75 employees and processed using SPSS. The results indicated a general satisfaction with the application of corporate governance principles, with no statistically significant differences attributed to demographic variables (age, educational qualification, job position, years of experience). The study recommended spreading awareness of corporate governance importance and establishing an effective regulatory framework to enhance transparency.
