Electronic Wallet and Dealing with it from a Sharia Perspective

This study addresses the topic of the electronic wallet and its legal adaptation from an Islamic Sharia perspective, as it is a widely used payment method accepted by buyers and sellers. The research aims to explore the reasons behind the widespread adoption of electronic wallets and explain the Sharia adaptation for using them as a contemporary payment tool. Following a qualitative methodology in data collection and analysis, the study concludes that judging electronic wallets depends on understanding their operation and investment mechanisms. Additionally, it highlights that electronic wallets offer high security and facilitate commercial transactions.
