Subliminal, Codes, and Frequencies: Between Science and Legend

This exploratory study addresses the topic of subliminal messages, codes, and frequencies, examining their authenticity and impact on the subconscious mind and human behavior. The study aims to define these concepts, their types, potential benefits, and risks, as well as their utilization in arts and audiovisual media. The researcher adopted an exploratory research methodology using observation and questionnaires to collect data from a purposive sample of 100 participants. The study concluded that these methods are widely used for self-improvement and change, showing mixed results between positive effects and potential risks, highlighting the need for further scientific research on their effectiveness and safety.
