Abstract
This study investigates the implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) techniques to control medical inventory at the Bani Walid Health Services Office, aiming to address shortages caused by supply delays. Utilizing a practical field approach, the research analyzes the movement of critical pharmaceuticals and applies mathematical calculations to determine the optimal reorder point. The findings indicate that establishing a precise reorder timeframe (monthly) prevents inventory deficits and ensures demand satisfaction at minimal cost. The paper recommends training staff on SCM techniques and integrating modern electronic inventory systems.
