Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of financial innovation effectiveness—encompassing working conditions, incentives and rewards, innovation, and training—on employee performance at the General Company for Water and Wastewater (General Administration). Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected via a questionnaire administered to a sample of 45 employees. The statistical analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between financial innovation dimensions and employee performance. Multiple regression analysis further indicated that incentives, training, and innovation significantly predict employee performance, whereas working conditions alone did not show a direct statistically significant impact in the multiple model. The study recommends enhancing technological infrastructure and optimizing reward systems to foster organizational innovation.
