Abstract
This study aims to examine the reality of applying strategic planning at the National Center for Medical Research in Zawiya, as well as the availability of key implementation requirements (human, organizational, informational, and financial). Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, a questionnaire was administered to a sample of administrative leaders and department heads. The findings indicate that strategic planning is implemented with an overall mean of (3.89), and that human, organizational, and informational requirements are available at a good level. However, there is a notable deficiency in financial resources dedicated to supporting strategic planning. The study concludes with several recommendations, mainly emphasizing the need for increased financial support and continuous training for human resources in strategic planning.
