Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational climate—encompassing organizational structure, leadership style, nature of work, and technology—on the job performance level of employees at the General Administration of the General Electricity Company in Tripoli. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical methodology, data were collected via a questionnaire administered to a random sample of 334 valid responses. The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational climate and job performance (Spearman correlation coefficient = 0.589). Additionally, the findings indicated low levels of organizational structure, leadership style, technology, and overall job performance within the company. The study recommends updating the organizational structure, involving employees in decision-making, and implementing specialized training programs to enhance performance.
