Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of administrative work stress on job satisfaction among employees at Libya Phone Company. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical methodology, data were collected through a questionnaire administered to a simple random sample of 112 employees across various departments. The statistical analysis revealed that many employees experience low job satisfaction and job insecurity, alongside limited promotion opportunities and conference attendance. Additionally, the findings indicated an imbalance between assigned tasks and official working hours, as well as insufficient administrative authority. The study recommends that the company address employee needs, streamline promotion pathways, allocate flexible overtime hours, and sustain external training programs to enhance employee efficiency.
