Abstract
This study highlights the impact of strategic planning information systems on enhancing organizational management and its development stages, examining how these systems support decision-making and competitive advantages. The paper explores concepts related to strategic information planning across its levels (strategic, tactical, and operational), alongside environmental analysis and the effects of information technology on workforce dynamics and organizational structures. The findings indicate several challenges in system planning, such as difficulty in predicting opportunities and limited collaboration between technical staff and end-users. The study recommends periodically measuring system success, fostering management concepts through targeted training, and leveraging modern expertise and advanced qualifications to elevate administrative performance.
