The Reality of Applying Comprehensive Quality Standards in Higher Education in Libya (A Field Study on the College of Law at Al-Rahebat)

This study dealt with the reality of applying comprehensive quality standards in higher education in Libya, aiming to identify the reasons behind Libya's exclusion from the international quality classification. The researchers utilized a descriptive analytical approach and conducted a comprehensive survey by distributing questionnaires to the entire study population, consisting of 22 administrators and faculty members at the College of Law at Al-Rahebat (Nalut University). The study concluded that there is a weakness in the application of comprehensive quality standards at the college. Consequently, the researchers recommended paying greater attention to implementing total quality standards, encouraging an organizational environment for innovation, increasing research expenditure, and regulating admission policies
