Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of the balanced scorecard dimensions on evaluating the performance of Libyan commercial banks in Tripoli. The descriptive-analytical approach was utilized, and a questionnaire was designed as the primary data collection tool, analyzed via SPSS software. Findings indicated a statistically significant impact of banking performance dimensions (information planning, administrative factors, qualification and awareness, technical factors, and legislative/legal factors) on the implementation of the balanced scorecard, collectively explaining 85.4% of the variance. The study recommended strengthening strategic planning, enhancing training programs, adopting modern technology, and enacting updated administrative regulations to boost banking performance.
